    • D
      Daniel RuizSep 7, 2025
If you're getting a fast busy signal when trying to make a call on your Net2Phone MAX 410/420/430 Gateway, check the Current System Log Messages page (Section 4.7.2) for '00 REL DM_NOT_SPECIFIED'. This indicates that the doorman servers can't be found. Ensure your DNS server IP parameter values (Section 4.1) are correct, so the doorman can be reached.

If the power LED on your Net2Phone VoIP device is off, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the power source is switched on. If none of these steps work, the internal power supply may be faulty, and you should contact the Technical Service Center or your reseller.

    • R
      reyesjessicaSep 4, 2025
If the Max Web Manager won't let you save the settings because you omitted the DNS server field on the Network and Voice Configuration page for your Net2Phone VoIP, the DNS fields must not be left blank. If you do not wish to enter DNS Servers, you must enter 0.0.0.0 in those fields.
