The IP address is added to the list. If the modem cannot successfully ping any of the IP addresses
in the list, an automatic failover occurs. If the modem can successfully ping a single IP address in
the list, no automatic failover occurs.
To remove an IP address from the list, in the IPv4 Addresses list or IPv6 Addresses list, click the x
button next to the IP address that you want to remove.
The IP address is removed from the list.
7. To change the default connection, do the following:
a. Select one of the following radio buttons:
Auto.The modem uses wireline broadband by default and fails over to mobile broadband.This
is the default setting.
Wireline Broadband only. The modem uses wireline broadband only. This setting effectively
disables automatic failover.
Mobile Broadband only. The modem uses mobile broadband only. This setting effectively
disables automatic failover.
If you select a radio button, the Submit button displays.
b. Click the Submit button.
Your settings are saved.
