Escalations
The Escalation feature will change the audio announcement played if the
number of play requests exceeds pre-dened limits.
To enable this feature:-
Navigate to: Utilities>Escalations
1. Enable the Escalations feature.
2. Set the play frequency and time parameters.
3. Select the audio le to be played when the escalation parameters are
exceeded.
4. Click Apply.
