Remote Mirror Controllers
These devices control the upper and lower mirrors of the left and
right remote mirror assemblies. Position a controller dial to the
mirror requiring adjustment. Then use the four directional tilt func-
tions of the dial to move the mirror into the desired position.
Return the knob to the center OFF position when adjustments are
complete.
Start Push Button
The Start momentary push button controls power to the engine
starter. Pushing the button turns the starter and cranks the
engine. For more information on engine starting procedures refer
to Section 8: Vehicle Operation.
☞ NOTE:
DO NOT crank the engine starter for more than 14 seconds. Allow
a sixty second cooling interval before cranking the starter again.
Idle Speed Switch
The Idle Speed toggle switch is used to activate the preset fast
idle to increase the engine RPM. Activating the fast idle will allow
for quicker engine warm up.
CAUTION:
Do not idle the engine longer than 10 minutes.
Engine Test Switch
The Engine Test toggle switch is part of the engine diagnostic sys-
tem. Lifting the switch guard and pushing the switch up prompts
the engine diagnostic system to flash error codes on the Check
Engine indicator light.
