Query Standard Event Status Register
Syntax *ESR?
Vortex Actions Returns the value of the Event Status Register and
then clears the register (returns all bits to 0).
Response An integer in the range 0 to 255, corresponding to
the combined weight of the bits that are set.
Example Determine if the system has been restarted since the
last time this query was made:
*ESR?
⇒ 160
(160=128+32, the system has been restarted and
there was a command parse error)
