Set Piezo Voltage
Syntax :SOURce:VOLTage:PIEZo < voltage>
Vortex Actions Sets the piezo-voltage setpoint.
Argument x.x
range: 0.0 to 117.5, units are volts
Example Set the piezo voltage to 88.6 volts:
:SOUR:VOLT:PIEZ 88.6
Query Piezo Voltage Setpoint
Syntax :SOURce:VOLTage:PIEZo?
