interval:
datalog interval in seconds
speed:
HIGH

Example:
DATALO,RAM,10
DATALO,RAM,0,HIGH
Notes:
set interval to 0 to record every
measurement as fast as possible.
Set HIGH to select high speed mode for
any combination of W, VA, VAr, pf, Vrms,
Arms, and frequency. If HIGH is not sent
then high speed mode is reset.
