Select the channel to be used for
measuring the frequency.

Example:
FQREF,CURRENT
Notes:
Measured phase is always referred to
phase 1 voltage no matter what channel
is selected to measure the frequency,
unless phase 1 is not active (eg phase 2
only mode).
