Set channel scale factor.
Description:
Set a multiplying scale factor for a given
input channel.
Format:
SCALE,channel,factor
Arguments:

CH1
CH2
factor:
multiplying scale factor

Notes:
CH1 sets the scale for all voltage channels
CH2 sets the scale for all current channels
