IR SENSOR CONNECTION
ADDING AN IR SENSOR
To add an IR sensor to a touch screen or keypad, use
the wiring diagrams and connector detail that follow to
adapt an RJ-45 connector from a touch screen to the
plug-in wire terminals on the IR sensor.

Using a properly configured CAT-5 cable, connect the
IR Sensor terminal on the touch screen to the plug-in ter-
minal on an IR Sensor as shown.
CAUTION: These connections are different than those used from the
touch screens to the IntelliControl ICS Modular MultiZone Receiver.
Be sure to check wire configuration and connections before power-
ing up the system.
