The IM-iPOD is an iPod
®
interface module that slides
into the card cage on an IntelliControl
®
ICS Modular
Multizone Receiver. It provides all the functionality typi-
cally associated with operating an iPod; playing music,
playlists, podcasts and audiobooks. In addition, the IM-
iPOD provides both menu and alpha search of content
by: playlist, artist, album, song, podcast, genre, com-
poser and audiobook. The IM-iPOD Module outputs
metadata (artist, album, track, etc.) on IntelliControl ICS
user interfaces with displays. Multiple IM-iPOD modules
can be used in a single chassis to allow multiple iPods to
be played simultaneously in different zones.
