BRUSH MOTOR DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
Disassembly
Place the machine on a hoisting system (if available), then lift it. Otherwise, drive the machine on a level oor.1.
Make sure that the battery connector is disconnected.2.
Disconnect the gearmotor connector (A) and the detergent hose (B).3.
Lift the machine and remove the brush.4.
Remove the screw (C), then remove the hub assembly (D).5.
Remove the 4 screws (E).6.
Remove the gearmotor (F).7.
Recover the key (G).8.
Assembly
Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.9.
