6.11 Lean Power Cut
Lean Power Cut (LPC) is used to limit the engine load if three conditions are
meet. Then the conditions are meet the engine shuts down cylinders to limit
the power output. This reduces the load on the engine and might save the
engine for example if the boost pressure goes to high.
1. “Lpc Enable” should be set to true
2. “Engine speed” needs to be greater than “LPC RPM Min
3. “Bv Manifold Air Pressure” needs to be greater than LPC MAP Min
4. “Lambda 1 Lambda” needs to be greater than “LPC Lambda Max”
When all of the conditions are meet LPC is activated.
