Yes, if you want to put camera further away from NVR box, you can
exchange the provided 70ft Ethernet cable to longer one.
Q15: Remote view on PC-client software
If you need to view the video on your computer or laptop, please send
message to our customer support email (serviceus@wesecuu.net) with
your personal email address. We will send the computer software (for
Windows or Mac) to you. E-mail Subject: Request CMS software for MAC,
IOS system or Window system.
Q16：What if I forgot my password of the “XMEye Pro” APP?
Open your App, and click “Forget Password” and then you can choose
“Email” at the lower right corner.
