4. Close the sharpener cover (for mod.
Ø300/330/350 mm).
Reassembling the slice deflector
1. Put carefully the slice deflector in its original
position, as shown in the picture.
Reassembling the blade cover
1. Replace the blade cover as shown in the
picture making sure the section joint is in its
proper place;
2. Insert the tie rod for locking and screw
completely.
Reassembling the food plate
1. Insert the entire group on the carriage as
shown in the picture;
2. Tighten the locking knob;
3. Check that the carriage moves freely;
4. Check that the slice thickness regulator
works correctly.
