Nokia Audio Manager
Nokia Audio Manager is part of Nokia PC Suite. With Nokia
PC Suite you can edit, store, and synchronise your
smartphone data with a Microsoft Windows based PC
system. For more information on PC Suite and installation
instructions, see the Nokia PC Suite User Guide provided on
the CD-ROM supplied with your smartphone, “Nokia PC
Suite” on page 146, and Nokia PC Suite online help.
With Nokia Audio Manager, you can create and organise
digital music files on a compatible PC and transfer them to
a compatible phone.
With Nokia Audio Manager you can also do the following:
Play CD audio.
Save CD music tracks to .aac format.
Play .aac, .mp3, and .mp4 music tracks.
Create, edit, and play .m3u playlists.
Organise music tracks and playlists in the Nokia Audio
Manager Music Studio.
Transfer .aac, mp3, and .mp4 tracks from the Music
Studio to a compatible Nokia phone.
Transfer playlists from Music Studio to a compatible
Nokia phone.
In the Small Player mode, play the tracks in the current
Music Studio or CD Player window.
Nokia Audio Manager is organised around a Music Studio,
a desktop workspace from which you can organise and
copy tracks to your phone. Music can be placed in the
studio from any Windows folder.
The CD Player allows you to save CD audio files in .aac
digital format, which you then add to the Music Studio and
transfer to a compatible Nokia phone.
You can make Nokia Audio Manager the default music
player for all supported file types.

Note: Do not connect the smartphone to your PC
before you install the Nokia PC Suite software from the
CD-ROM supplied with your smartphone.
Opening Nokia Audio Manager
You can open Nokia PC Suite applications from the PC
Suite main window by clicking the icons.
1 To open the PC Suite window, do one of the following:
On the Windows taskbar, click the Nokia PC Suite
icon.
On your computer desktop, double-click the Nokia
PC Suite icon.
In the Windows Start menu, click Programs > Nokia
PC Suite.
2 Click the Transfer music icon.
