Automatic answer
Press Menu and select Settings, Call settings, and Automatic answer. Select On to
set the radio to automatically answer an incoming call in five seconds’ time. If the
Incoming call alert is set to Beep once or Off, automatic answer will not be in use.
Phone settings
Active mode
With this function you can set the mode in which your radio operates. Press Menu
and select Settings, Phone settings and Active mode and select Network or Direct.
Language
Press Menu and select Settings, Phone settings and Language to select the
language in which the display texts are shown. This setting also affects the time
and date formats of the menus Alarm clock and Calendar.
Welcome note
Press Menu and select Settings, Phone settings and Welcome note. You can save a
note that is briefly displayed when the radio is switched on. Key in the note, press
Options and select Save to save the note. If you want to delete the note, select
Delete.
Network selection
With this submenu, you can select in which network the radio operates (network
service). See also Network selection on page 23.
