Templates
The Templates submenu includes the templates that you can use when writing or
replying to messages. You can edit the templates, but the original templates will
be restored when menu Restore factory settings is selected.
Archive folder and user-specified folders
You can move some of your text messages to the Archive folder or you can add
new folders under the My folders submenu and save some of your messages there.
While reading a message, press Options. Select Move, scroll to the folder where
you want to move the message and press OK.
To add or delete a folder, press Menu and select Messages and My folders.
• To add a folder, press Options and select Add folder.
• To delete a folder, scroll to the folder you want to delete, press Options and
select Remove folder.
Note: When you delete a folder, all the messages contained in that folder are also
deleted.
Deleting text messages
Press Menu and select Messages and Delete messages. To delete all read messages
in a certain folder, select the desired folder and press OK when Delete all read
messages from folder? is displayed. To delete all read messages from all folders,
select All read and press OK when Delete read messages from all folders? is
displayed.
