(4) Attach the chemical filter cartridge to the filter pipe and attach the stopper to the filter pipe while
pressing and turning it clockwise.
Install the filter pipe after the processing solution has been poured, as the processing solution is poured into
the sub-tank first.
7. Put the floating balls into the replenishment solution tanks.
(1) Open the processor doors.
(2) Pull out the replenishment unit.
(3) Put the floating balls (100 pieces each) into the CD and BF replenishment solution tanks.
For VPII specification, put 160 pieces each into the CD and BF replenishment solution tanks.
