The battery charger
does not work� (The
CHARGE lamp does
not light�)
No battery is inserted� Insert the battery�
The battery is fully charged or in a
state near full charge�
No problem
The temperature of the battery is
low�
If the temperature of the battery is less
than 0°C (32°F), the battery is not
rechargeable� Charge the battery in a
warm room� (Be careful about moisture
condensation�)
The temperature of the battery is
high�
It is normal that the battery become a
little bit warm right after charging� If the
battery is hot under normal operating
conditions, not right after charging, there
may be an abnormality� Contact your
dealer�
An error code is displayed� See “8 – 1 Error code”�
