Preparation for Use
4 – 7 Check before treatment
Before using, rotate outside the oral cavity of the patient for checking that nothing is abnormal�
If you notice anything unusual when checking, such as rattling, vibrations, abnormal sounds, or
overheating, immediately stop usage, and contact your dealer�

Make sure each component is securely
connected�

Insert the AC adaptor into a power supply if it
is not connected�

Make sure the head cap (A) and union nut (B)
of the contra angle head are firmly tightened�

Turn on the control unit and make sure the
LED display is illuminated�

Calibrate as instructed in “4 – 7 – 1
Calibration”�

Operate the motor handpiece for 1 minute
and check for looseness, abnormal vibration,
or abnormal noise�

Stop the motor handpiece and check for
abnormal heating of the motor handpiece
and contra angle head surface�
