Scrambled Eggs Serves: 2
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Season with salt
and pepper.
2. Using a medium frying pan, set PIC to 275˚F, and add oil.
3. Add eggs, and using a rubber spatula, stir to create curds by pushing
the eggs from the edge of the PIC toward the center.
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until set.
