To assure a perfect temperature control of the plates, the machine is equipped with two safety
thermostats [3], one for each plate, which are adjusted and set by OEM – ALI S.p.A.
10.5 PRE-STARTING CONTROL OF THE MACHINE
Before starting the machine it is necessary to carry out the controls indicated in Chapter 9.0 “
Preparing the Machine”.

USING THE MACHINE
10.6.1 STARTING THE MACHINE
To start the machine do the following:
 Connect the plug to the interblocked 32A socket or switch on the machine by setting the
magneto-thermic switch with differential in the position 1 .
 Switch on the machine setting the button [1] in the position 1.
