Initializing

Shows the printer is restarting after the press of its
RESTART button.

Shows the printer is being initialized.

Shows the printer is checking its RAM.

Shows the printer’s network initialization is being
performed.

–
Shows the printer is checking its HDD file system.
Checking File System
–
Indicates that the hard disk is being erased.

Shows the printer is checking its HDD sectors.

Shows a CU-PU communication error. When the
error occurs again after the printer is turned off and
on, maintenance of the printer must be performed
by maintenance personnel.

Ready To Print

Shows the printer is placed off-line. * The Ready
LED of the printer placed off-line is always out.
Offline
–
Shows access to the file system (HDD/flash
memory) of the printer is being performed.
File Accessing
–
Shows the printer is receiving data and not yet start
processing. This message is typically displayed
while the printer is processing PJL data or spooling
jobs.
Data Arrive
–
Shows the printer is receiving data or processing
output.
Processing
–
Shows print data still remains in the printer.
Data Present
–
Shows the printer is printing. Of the following trays,
a tray from which paper is being fed appears at the
%TRAY% portion.
