Status Message Help Message
Shows the printer is outputting collated sets of
copies. The number of a copy set being printed
appears at the portion of iii, and the total number of
copy sets to be printed appears at the portion of jjj.
When the total number of copy sets to be printed is
1, PRINTING is displayed.
Collate Copy iii/jjj
–
Shows the printer is performing copy printing. The
number of a copy being printed appears at the
portion of kkk, and the total number of copies to be
printed appears at the portion of lll. When the total
number of copies to be printed is 1, PRINTING is
displayed.
Copy kkk/lll
–
Indicates that the validity of secure print data is
being verified (for corruption and tampering).
Verifying Job
–
Shows that, until a job ends after the cancellation
of the job is instructed, the printer is accepting and
discarding data in the job.
Cancelling Job
–
Appears when the printer causes a paper jam with
jam recovery deselected. This message shows that,
until a job ends after the cancellation of the job is
instructed, the printer is accepting and discarding
data in the job.
Cancelling Job
–
Shows that, as not authorized, a job is being
cancelled on the printer (Job Account-related).
This message appears when the printer receives a
print job from user not authorized for:
1. Printing; or
2. Color printing.
Cancelling Job

Shows that, as depleted in log storage and, when
its log is full, specified to cancel jobs, the printer is
canceling a job (Job Account-related).

Shows the printer is cooling down.

Shows the printer is warming up.

Shows the printer is placed in the power-saving
mode.
Power Save
–
Shows the printer is performing auto color
registration adjustment.
Color Adjusting

Shows the printer is performing auto print density
adjustment.
Density Adjusting
–
Shows the printer is detecting media weight.
Media Weight Detecting
–
Indicates that the security kit has been enabled.
After the kit is enabled, the printer displays this
message at all times while in the ready state.
Disk Security Mode
–
Shows the printer is near empty of paper in the
tray that has been selected (at the menu item for a
paper source).
Any of Tray1, Tray2, Tray3, Tray4 and Tray5 appears
at the %TRAY% portion.
