Status Message Help Message
Shows an attempt to write data into a read-only
HDD or flash memory of the printer was made.
This message is a temporary notification and, until
a job during which this state occurred ends, stays
displayed. After that, the message is removed.
File System is Write
Protected
–
Indicates that the printer received a restricted-use
PJL command for a job. As a temporary warning,
this message remains displayed until the job
completes.
Job was limited
–
Indicates that a secret file is being erased.
File Erasing
–
Indicates that the printer is storing a request for
deleting a secure job and the file containing the job.
Deleting Encrypted Job
–
Indicates that the printer is full of secret files waiting
to be erased.
Erased Data Full
–
Shows the printer has no sufficient memory for
making collated sets of copies. This message stays
displayed until the press of the ON-LINE key of the
printer.

Notifies that, as a user was not authorized for
color printing, the job of the user was printed in
monochrome (Job Account). This message remains
displayed until ONLINE key is pressed.

printing, the job of the user was cancelled (Job
Account). This message remains displayed until
ONLINE key is pressed.

print a job from the user, the job was canceled (Job
Account-related). This message stays displayed
until the press of the ON-LINE key of the printer.

full, a job from the user was canceled
(Job Account-related). This message stays displayed
until the press of the ON-LINE key of the printer.

authentication printing was automatically deleted.
Expired Secure Job

Shows the printer caused a file system error. The
printer can operate for processing that does not
use a file system having the error. An error type
identifier appears at the nnn portion.
