Status Message Help Message
Shows that the printer caused disagreement
between a tray media type and print data, prompting
to load paper.
Error 660: MPT
A measure unit of custom paper size conforms to a
specified (menu-set) display measure unit for MPT
unless specified from the driver of the printer, where
a printer driver specified measure unit is used.
Example) 210x297 mm
8.5x11.0 inches
The ON-LINE key of the printer must be pressed
after the paper is loaded.
Change Paper in MPTray

Error Code: 660
[Context]
The media type set in the printer
differs from that specified in the
printer driver.
[Action]
Remove paper from MPTray.
Load the paper size/type
indicated.
Adjust the paper guide plate.
Press the ONLINE button.
Shows that, in the printer, a tray paper size or a
paper size, and a media type did not agree with
print data, loading paper being prompted.

With the press of the ON-LINE key of the printer,
only a job that caused the disagreement is printed,
the error being ignored.

The printer's tray setup differs from
that specified in the printer driver.
[Action]
Pull out the indicated tray.
Remove paper.
Load the paper size/type
indicated.
Adjust the paper guide plate
and the paper stopper.
Insert paper tray back into the
printer.
Feeding paper starts shortly. If
not, press the ONLINE button.
Shows that, in the printer, a tray paper size or a
paper size, and a media type did not agree with
print data, loading paper being prompted.
Error 460: MPT

unless specified from the driver of the printer, where

Shows data overflowed the printer’s available
memory. Pressing the ON-LINE switch of the printer
steps to the next. Extension RAM must be installed
or the amount of data must be reduced. The factor
of the overflow is any of the following:
- Too much print data in a page;
- Too much macro data;
- Too much DLL data; or
- An overflow after frame buffer compression.
