EXTERIOR LAMP MONITOR
An electronic lamp monitoring system
(optional equipment) warns the driver of a
failure of an external lamp by means of an
indicator light on the instrument panel. It
monitors all exterior lamps except turn
signals, back-up lamps, and front side
marker lights.
SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT
The light is combined with an electric tone
alarm. For their operation, refer to the
Occupant Restraint Belt section.
RADIOS AND TAPE PLAYER
The Oldsmobile Deluxe AM, AM-FM
Monaural, AM-FM Stereophonic and
AM-FM Stereo Radio with Stereo Tape
Player (optional equipment) are fully
transistorized and play instantly when
turned on. The ignition switch must be in
"ON" or "ACCESSORY" position. All sets
have
the following controls:
CONTROL KNOBS~ The dual left knob is
the "ON-OFF" and volume control. The
ring knob behind it controls the tone. The
right knob is for manual selection of
stations . If your radio is equipped with an
optional rear seat speaker or is stereo, the
ring knob behind the selector knob is for
sound balance control between the front
and rear speakers.
PUSH BUTTON ADJUSTMENT -The five
push
buttons . are easily adjustable for
selection of your favorite . stations.

out the button and push back in to lock in
the station. Follow this procedure for each
of the five buttons. On all AM-FM radios,
you may select an AM station and an FM
station for each button, providing a total
