4) Wind the clean wiper around the flat-blade screwdriver. Moisten
it with commercially available absolute alcohol and clean the oil
seal insertion part of the vacuum table and the axis of the
vacuum stage.
Never put absolute alcohol near flames as it is
highly flammable. Take care not to cause a spark
by turning on/off electric appliances or
fluorescent lamps.
5) With the lip facing up, push the new oil seal fully into the
vacuum table insertion part until it stops.
6) Turn the vacuum table over, and attach it to the vacuum stage.
