Chapter 5 Menu operations and functions
Access favorites to input
Select words that have been registered in favorites to input in the title.
See “Registering words to favorites” (page 103) for information about registering
favorites.
1 Select “SELECT” and press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
The favorites button is highlighted, and the word registered in favorites is
displayed in the selection box.
To cancel accessing favorites, select the highlighted “SELECT” button and press
the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
2 Select the word you want for the title from the selection box and
press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick. To switch to a different page in
the selection box, select the previous/next selection button and
press the [MEAS/ENTER] joystick.
The word selected in the selection box appears in the title input box.
3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 to complete inputting a title.
Input from a USB keyboard
Titles can be input from a USB keyboard recommended by Olympus connected
to the USB connector.
CAUTION
• Text input may not be possible from some USB keyboards. Contact OLYMPUS for details
about USB keyboards.
