Recording from another connected device

Connect the voice recorder
with another device using the
connecting cord KA333.

Press the
REC
( K) button to
start recording.

Start playback on the other
device.

When duplication is
completed, press the
STOP
(J)
button to stop recording.
• When [Duplication (Timer)] was
selected, recording automatically
stops when the set time is reached.
NOTE
• Do not plug or unplug devices into
voice recorder jacks while recording.
• Perform adjustment of the recording
level on the other device.
• To ensure successful recording, we
recommend that you test the record
function and volume before use.
• In [Duplication (Auto Divide)], an
original recording will be copied to
separate files divided into each song
by the signal level or the noise level
of a silent part. When the signal level
is too low or the noise is significant,
recording and division may not be
performed properly.
In that case, select [Duplication
(Timer)] and manually start and stop
recording.
• If the connecting cord is not
connected when [Duplication] is
selected, the message [Connect
an audio cable to the mic jack] is
displayed.
