tion of the Orbea RS internal battery to the Shimano EP8
motor. The battery charger and the charging por are also
Orbea exclusive.

The installation and replacement of the electric
system components requires an advanced techni-
cal knowledge and may therefore be beyond the
skills of most users.
Always take your bicycle to an authorized dealer
for the diagnosis, repair and installation of the
electric system components.
Damage to the components derived from inco-
rrect installation may void the warranty on such
components.

POWER BUTTON REPLACEMENT
It is possible to replace the seat tube power button without

carefully pull the clip bracket without damaging the paint.
Carefully pull from the cable and disconnect the power
button cable from the harness cable. Install a new

seat tube.
HARNESS CABLE REPLACEMENT
To replace the harness cable, which includes the charging
point, the motor connection cable and the battery connec-
tion cable, it is necessary to remove the EP8 motor from
the bicycle.
After removing the motor, disconnect the battery cable,
the motor cable and the cable to the power button. Remove
the harness cable through the hole for the charging point.
Introduce a new harness cable through the hole for the
charging point. The motor, battery and power button ends
