While you are viewing the record that you wish to edit,
1. Press and hold key. The display on the
right is shown.
2. Press X key to erase the last character,
or press and hold
X key to erase the entire characters.
3. Press key to complete editing the Name and proceed to edit the Number.
4. Press X key to erase the last digit, or press and hold X key to erase the entire
digits.
5. Press key to confirm. Then it goes back to standby mode.

Delete one record
While you are viewing the record that you wish to delete,
1. Press X key. A confirmation message “DELETE?” is displayed.
2. Press key to confirm and show the previous record.
