Close both workspaces and select “Confirm”.

Select “Start” to begin the system check tests.

Once tests complete, results can be found in D:\PacBio\Metrics\PreRun

When finished, select “Close” to go back to the Home screen.

Select “Open workspaces”. Load an empty waste bottle and wash pack filled with 1L of instrument wash
reagent into the system.

Load the wash cartridges onto the system and check the engagement by gently pulling upward on both
cartridges to verify they do not lift out of the system.

Close both workspaces and select “Confirm”.

Select “Start” to begin the system check test.

Once the test is complete, results can be found in D:\PacBio\Metrics\PreRun

When finished, select “Close” to go back to the Home screen.
