Information! A new battery is not yet fully charged when delivered!
First read the safety guidelines, then the charging instructions. The
battery will reach its full capacity only after having completed the first
three to five charging / discharging cycles.
Safety instructions:
Insert the battery in the handset correctly (positive and negative pole).
Never leave the battery near fire.
Never leave the battery near metal or live parts. When the poles connect a short circuit occurs.
For the protection of other people store the battery and replacement battery safely.
Do not use batteries that are not allowed for this remote control handset.
Use original batteries only in devices approved by the manufacturer.
Protect battery, charger and handset against moisture and dirt.
Danger! If handled improperly, batteries may leak, burst open, burn
or even explode! There is an acute danger of accident!
Charger
The charger is a 'rapid charger'.
There are two different types of charge condition:
Fully discharged battery - loaded with high current.
Fully charged battery - charger switches to trickle charging (battery can remain in charger).
Charging procedure:
Leave the battery in the handset of the RC system until an acoustic interval signal indicates that
the battery needs charging.
An undamaged, fully charged battery will operate for about 4 hours. An acoustic signal indicates
that the battery in the remote control needs to be replaced with a fully charged battery. Charge
batteries immediately after removing from remote control.
Insert the battery in the battery compartment of the charger.
The charger starts charging as soon as a battery is put into the charger. The charging procedure
and the battery status are indicated on the charger using LED's. In the event of power failures, the
