z Did you forget attaching the suction cup to the
bottom surface of the main unit?

Attach the suction cup (supplied accessory) correctly.

z Is the suction cup tightly attached on the
installation surface?
→
Wipe o dirt and moisture on the installation position suciently.
(If the suction cup cannot be directly attached, remove
the suction cup mount of the mounting plate (supplied
accessory), and attach it on the installation surface.
Then, attach the suction cup on the mounting plate.)

Is water coming out of the
main spout?

z Is the water supply hose bent or attened?
→ If it is, straighten it.

hose when alkaline ion water passes

z Is the drain hose bent or attened?
→ If it is, straighten it.

z When water coming out from the drain
hose interrupts halfway, increase the height
dierence between the tip of the main spout
and the tip of the drain hose.

Check after installation

Run alkaline ion water for about 3 to 4 minutes to expel the air
inside the main unit.
Set the bypass selector to “ ”.

3 Turn on the water faucet to let the water ow.

When water is run immediately after installation, the water quality signal blinks approx. 20 seconds.
z If air is not removed, water is poorly drained o from the main spout when stopped.

Check the items on P. EN20 to EN21. In the case of abnormality,
refer to the actions to be taken for each part.
