Is it possible to use the
cartridge exceeding
the amount of 12 000
liters?
For usage, we have conrmed a removal capacity of 12 000 liters by
running water. The cartridge cannot be used beyond the amount.
(Depending on the water quality, it may not be used even less than 12 000 liters.)
When using 15 liters of water per day, it is recommended to replace the cartridge
in approx. 2 years.
Tap water
Can I use
underground water
or well water?
Only the water that has passed a test for drinking can be used.
Depending on the water quality of tap water, the specied pH may not be obtained.
What is the relationship
between tap water
quality and pH?

Up to what
temperature can I
use for hot water?
Water with a temperature of less than 35 °C can be used. (P. EN9)

Alkaline ion water
Which level is
appropriate for rst
drinking?
Start with Alkaline 1. (P. EN5)
For the rst 2 weeks, start drinking a small amount of water (1 or 2 cups) with Alkaline 1. As you
get used to alkaline ion water, gradually increase to Alkaline 2 and next Alkaline 3.
(If you start drinking alkaline ion water with Alkaline 3, your health may be impaired.)
Can I take a medicine
with the alkaline ion
water?
Use puried water to take a medicine.
You can use alkaline ion water for drinking, cooking and purposes except for taking medicine.
What should I do
if I get diarrhea or
a rash after I start
drinking alkaline
ion water?
Stop drinking alkaline ion water, and consult a doctor.
Consult the doctor with the following 2 points.
• The alkaline ion water has more mineral contents (calcium, magnesium,
sodium, potassium, etc.) than tap water.
• The water you have been drinking has alkalinity of about pH 8 to 9. (in the
case of Alkaline 1)
