Finafizing a disc

/_ Rotate the mode dial to select [_.
1 Press the MENU button, then select [ J[J,SETUP]
--_ [Q] UN-FINALIZE] --_ [YES] and press the
joystick.
2 When the confirmation message appears, select [YES], then press the
joystick.
• When un-finalizing is complete, press the MENU button to exit the message screen.
• DVD-RW (VR format) cannot be un-finatized. DVD-
RW (VR format) after finaIization can be recorded
and edited in the same way as DVD-RW (VR
format) before finalization
• DVD-R cannot be un-finalized
• When you un-finalize the disc, use a battery with
sufficient battery power or the AC adaptor
