Description Specifies whether to send RTCP signals by SDP (Session
Description Protocol).
Value Range 0–1
– 0: Send RTCP signals using the value specified in
"RTCP_INTVL_n", if the "RTCP_ENABLE_n" parameter is enabled.
– 1: Send RTCP signals using the value specified in the SDP
attribute "a=rtcp:".
Default Value 0
