• There is a maximum of eight extension groups.
Paging — Group
Allows you to select an extension group and make a voice announcement. You can select
all extension groups simultaneously. The announcement can only be heard through the
extensions’ built-in speakers.
To access all groups simultaneously

Confirmation tone
Lift the handset or press
SP-PHONE/MONITOR.
Announce. Wait for an answer.
