10.1.8. Deregistering a Handset
1 Handset:
{MENU}
2 {V}/{^}: “Initial setting” i {OK}
3 {V}/{^}: “Registration” i {OK}
4 {V}/{^}: “HS registration” i {OK}
5 Base unit:
Press and hold {LOCATOR} for about 5 seconds until the registration tone
sounds.
L If all registered handsets start ringing, press the same button to stop. Then
repeat this step.
L The next step must be completed within 90 seconds.
6 Handset:
Press {OK}, then wait until a long beep sounds.
Note:
L While registering, “Base in registering mode” is displayed on all registered
handsets.
A handset can cancel its own registration (or the registration of another handset)
that is stored to the base unit. This allows the handset to end its wireless connection
with the system.

6 Select the handset(s) you want to cancel by pressing the desired handset
number ({1}-{6}). i {OK}
L The selected handset number(s) flashes.
L To undo a selection, press the handset number again. The number stops
flashing.
