Forming
ʗ Use the scraper to divide the dough into
12 even pieces with 45 g each, shape
them into balls, cover them with the
small towel and place them to set for
about 15 min.
ʘ Shape them into ovals, cover them with
the small towel and place them to set for
10 ȋ 15 min.
ʙ Press gently with hands and use the
rolling pin to roll the dough thin.
ʚ Catch one end of the dough, stretch it
towards your body and roll tightly.
The dough may rise horizontally upon
fermentation if it is not rolled up tightly

Fermentation
ʛ Place them on the table with the closure
facing downwards. Spray water on it.
ʜ Allow the dough to ferment for 40 ȋ 60 min
(till it rises to double its original size) at a
temperature of 30 ȋ 35 Ɇ and then coat
with egg liquids.

Baking
ʝ
Bake them in an oven that is preheated to a
temperature of 170 ȋ 200 Ɇ for about 15
min. Keep the remaining dough in a
refrigerator to avoid excessive fermentation.

Stuffed bread with sweetened bean paste
ʗ (After following Step ʗ of process ) roll the dough into a round plate with a diameter of 10 cm.
ʘ Wrap sweetened bean pastes with the dough made from Step ʗ , shape it into balls and press the middle so that it
caves in.
ʙ Properly place balls made as according to ʘ, sprinkle on water and allow them to ferment for 20 ȋ 30 min (till they rise
to double their original size) at a temperature of 30 ȋ 35 Ɇ.
ʚ Coat with egg (liquid), sprinkle poppy seeds and bake them in an oven that is preheated to a temperature of 170 ȋ 190 Ɇ
for about 15 min.
