Many useful informations are already available in the drive documentations.
The motor must be connected to the servo amplifier according to the drive user
manual. The color code given in the table must be followed :
The kit is shipped without a ground cable. It is mandatory to connect a
(green-yellow) ground cable between the motor frame and machine.
The ground cable cross-section must be the same as the power cable
cross-section
Before applying power:
Check there is no damage on winding or cable due the mounting by a dielectric
test
Check all external wiring circuits of the system – power, control, motor and earth
connections.
Ensure that nobody is working on another part of the system who will be affected
by powering up
Ensure that other equipment will not be adversely affected by powering up.
