A0:A4 Slave LVD address (Pr27+1), valid values 1..15.
Data In the case of a parameter write message, contains the value of the parameter.
In the case of modification of one or more bits, contains the mask of the bits
to be modified.
In the event of a parameter read request, this field is insignificant.
Data Address Address of the parameter involved in the operation (see the table in the
heading Serial addresses and parameter lengths).
