indications given in the chapter concerning the maintenance. This material can also, always
because of its wearing, break thus causing an incorrect functioning of the machine. It must be
immediately replaced to obtain a correct functioning and not to damage the fusion plate.
Proceed to the replacement following the instructions given in the chapter concerning the
maintenance operations.

3.3.2 Welding seal limitation blades
The single head welding machines type WM1L are supplied complete with a set of 4 welding
seal limitation blades.
The WM1L/S and WM1L/S-M versions have removable welding seal limitation blades, which
can also as an optional be heated.
The economic version type WM1L/E has fixed welding seal limitation blades, engraved in the
lower profile holding plates and in the upper profile locking plates (the type that can be heated
can never be supplied in this case).
The limitation of the welding seal is adjusted to a standard dimension of 2 mm.
It is possible to give a different adjustment value when ordering (1 mm or 0.2 mm)
In case the optional “heated welding seal limitation blades” has been installed, on the machine
will be also installed 4 cartridge resistors (one for each limitation blade).
These cartridge resistors are supplied by a 230 V and are built with a double insulation safety
system. When executing the welding cycle with a welding seal limitation of 0.2 mm (for coated
or coloured profiles) it is always necessary to use heated blades in order to be able to heat in a
more uniform way, both the profile and the coating.
