It is necessary to perform the cleaning operation with the plate at the working temperature as
the PVC rests are malleable and can therefore be easily removed without damages to the
coating.
We suggest to perform this operation, the use of soft clothes like cotton or wool.
- Press ESC to exit and return into normal conditions.
9.2 –REPLACEMENT OF TEFLON
- To replace the Teflon coating of the plate press 2.
- The display indicates to wait the cooling of the plate (up to 40 ° C)
- Completely unscrew the two internal screws on the left side and open the movable protection.

- Partially loosen nuts (1) on the right side and (2) on the left side (DWG. A1.22)
- Free the fixing bars (3) and (4) of the protective film and remove the worn out film (DWG.
A1.22)
- Take a new film with the same dimensions and shape and enter the edge of one side under
the bar (3) and tighten the nuts (1) (DWG. A1.22) completely.
- Check that the film is correctly aligned with the plate and enter the edges of the other end
under the bar (4), pull the cloth upwards so that it results perfectly flat on the plate surfaces
and tighten nuts (2) (DWG. A1.2) completely.
- Press ESC t exit and return to normal conditions
