head machines

Attention: when welding with graduations different from 90° are carried out, the
reduction of the profile length will not be the standard one for 90° angles (2.5 / 3 mm.),
but it will change according to the different values of the angles to be welded.
- To return to the performance of 90° welding, proceed as follows:
- Loosen partially the screws (1) and (2) (DWG. A1.20)
- Start the working cycle, permitting only to the positioning plate to go up
- Place on it the shoulder supplied, first on the left side and then on the right side
- Move holders (3) and (4) so that the internal surface of the holders adheres perfectly to the
shoulder.
- Tighten completely screws (1) and (2) (DWG. A1.20) and proceed with the normal processing
DWG. A1.21 (shoulder)
5.6 Precautions to ensure safety during use
ATTENTION: DURING THE WORKING CYCLE PAY ATTENTION TO THE AREA WHERE
THE PIECE IS MOVED AND ANY OTHER OPERATION IS CARRIED OUT. THE OPERATOR
MUST ALWAYS BE SURE THAT NO OTHER PERSON IS WITHIN THE SAFETY ZONE OF
THE MACHINE.
- Never remove nor open the safety guards.
ATTENTION: EVEN IF THE MACHINE IS PROVIDED WITH A SAFETY DEVICE TO
PREVENT SQUEEZING DURING BLOCKING, THE OPERATOR MUST ALWAYS PAY THE
UTMOST ATTENTION TO THE HAND POSITION ON THE PIECES TO BE WELDED
DURING THE PIECE INSERTION IN THE MACHINE.
- The machine is completely covered against accidentally contacts with high temperature
surfaces.
- We recommend, anyway, the use of protective gloves for the operations of plate
cleaning and teflon replacement only.
- Always consider the possible consequences before approaching any of the more
dangerous zones (control cabinet heating plate welding seal limitation blades) with
your hands.
- Always disconnect the machine from the power supply when not in use.
- Never leave the already welded workpiece on the work surface: remove it immediately,
to avoid leaving loose pieces of profile lying around on the work surface.
