turedisplayorthesnowakeicon.
NOTE
Theeffectsofdirectsunlight,orthe
useofmirrorheat,willincreasethe
outsideairtemperaturedisplayed
whilethevehicleisstationary.
EngineOilPressureGauge
Itisimportanttomaintainoilpressure
withinacceptablelimits.Yourengine
manualwillgivenormaloperating
pressuresforyourengine.
CAUTION
Continuingtooperateyourvehi-
clewithinsufcientoilpressurewill
causeseriousenginedamage.
•Ifyouroilpressurefailstorise
within10secondsafteryour
enginestarts,stoptheengine
anddeterminethecause.
•Ifyouroilpressuresuddenly
dropswhileyouaredriving,bring
thevehicletoastopassoonas
possibleinasafelocationoff
theroadandturnofftheengine.
Waitafewminutestoallowoil
todrainintotheoilpan,and
thenchecktheoillevel.Add
oilifnecessary.Iftheproblem
persists,contactanauthorized
servicecenter.
Checktheenginemanufacturer’s
manualforthecorrectoilpressure
rangesforyourengine.
