lterschangedatanauthorizeddealer.
CAUTION
Whenaddinguid,besuretouse
uidofthesametype.Whilemany
uidshavethesamedescriptionand
intendedpurpose,theyshouldnot
bemixedduetoincompatiblead-
ditives.Mixingincompatibleuids
mayleadtoequipmentdamage.
Checkandcompletelychangethe
uidlevelaccordingtoPreventive
MaintenanceScheduleonpage

Beforeremovingreservoircover,
wipeoutsideofcoversothatnodirt
canfallintothereservoir.
Maximum/Minimumlevelis
indicatedonthereservoir.These
samelevelsarealsoindicatedby
twolinesonthedipstickinthe
reservoir.
Therearetwowaystocheck
whetherthepowersteeringuid
isatitsproperlevel.Bothchecks
arewiththeengineNOTrunning.
1.Ifyouchecktheuidwiththe
engineandsteeringsystem
COLD,theuidlevelshouldbe
at/orabovetheMinimumindicator
levelandshouldgenerallynot
exceedthemiddlepointbetween
MaximumandMinimumlevel
indicators.
2.Ifyouchecktheuidwiththe
engineandsteeringsystem
WARM,theuidshouldNOT
exceedtheMaximumlevel
indicatorandshouldgenerally
notdropbelowthemiddlepoint
