Tips for Efficient Cooling
An air conditioner can reduce fog build up
on the windshield by setting it to the defrost
or the floor/defrost air selection. To
increase the effectiveness of the air
conditioner, use the A/C button in the ON
position, increase the air temperature
setting and/or increase the fan speed.
If the cabin becomes humid or damp, use
the air conditioner with the fan on, with
fresh air (not in recirculate air mode) and
the A/C in the ON position to dry the cabin
air.
In situations where more cooling of the cab
is required, make sure the system is in the
recirculation mode. This setting will be
more effective than using fresh air.
How to Manually Control
the Air Conditioner for the
Cab
The engine must be running for the heater
and air conditioner to generate hot and
cold air.

Fresh air and air conditioning are automatically turned ON.
